This Privacy Policy governs the SNRBD Jurnal mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), built natively using Modern Android Development standards (Kotlin and Jetpack components). The application is developed and maintained by Rakibul Hasan ("we", "us", or "our"). This page informs users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when using our App.

        Summary: We prioritize your privacy. Your personal trading records, statistics, and image attachments remain strictly stored on your local device. We do not maintain any custom backend servers to store or share your private financial logs.
    

1. Information Collection and Use

A. User Authentication (Firebase Authentication)

We use Google Firebase Authentication strictly for secure user account creation, Login, and Sign-Up management. Firebase processes minimal credentials (such as your email address and authentication ID) to authenticate your account and ensure secure access.

B. Local Data Management (Android Room Database)

The App functions primarily as a personal journal tool. All user-entered trade setups, journal entries, account balances, and image attachments are stored locally on your device via the Android Room Database. This data is fully isolated to your client device and is never transmitted to, collected by, or stored on external servers managed by us.

2. System Permissions & External Access

To deliver essential features, the App requests specific device permissions. Each permission is utilized strictly for its intended purpose:

Internet Access Permission (INTERNET): Required to load real-time market charts inside the embedded TradingView WebView, connect with Firebase Authentication services, and handle essential app updates.
Image Picker / Media Access: Utilized strictly when you explicitly choose to attach chart screenshots or trade-related images to your local trading journal logs.
Notifications Permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used exclusively to deliver local reminders, execution alerts, or important operational notices to your device.
Battery Optimization Exemption: The App may prompt for battery optimization exemption to ensure background notifications and periodic reminders function reliably without being abruptly ended by the Android operating system.

3. Embedded Web Services & Third-Party SDKs

The App incorporates reputable third-party software development kits (SDKs) and web features that may process limited technical data governed by their respective privacy policies:

Google Firebase Services: Used for secure user authentication and identity management. Refer to Google Privacy Policy.
TradingView (WebView Component): We embed a web component to render financial market charts. Interacting with this chart module connects your client session directly to TradingView. Refer to TradingView Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion Rights

Since your trade data is stored in the local Room Database on your device, you have complete control over it:

Deleting individual journal records or clearing the App data via Android System Settings immediately and permanently removes all stored trading entries and attached images.
To delete your Firebase Authentication account completely, you may request account deletion directly through the app settings or by contacting the developer at support@snrbd.com.

5. Data Security

We value your trust in using SNRBD Jurnal. Local data is protected within Android's app sandbox environment, and authentication interactions are encrypted over secure HTTPS connections via Google Firebase infrastructure. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is designed for financial management and trading discipline, targeted exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised "Effective Date".
